Carib Sea Aragonite Sugar Sized Sand

I've used that before. It works fine, kinda cool to see things like hermit crab tracks in it. But if you have anything that likes to play in the sand, you're in trouble. It will turn your tank water cloudy, and put a fine dusting of white powder, on EVERYTHING in your tank.
I switched it out for reef sand.

I use Bahama Oolite, its a very fine sand. I had some sand storms in the beginning but it settles down even with sand sifters.

used the Bahama Oolite in the 220 never will again. Cause sand storms and fine powder on everything. sand sifting goby made a huge mess. i did like the look but too much hassle if you have alot of flow.
