I'm not sure where you are located, but look for an Asian food market. There's one near me in East Hanover, a few doors down from Hanover Pet (a.k.a. Aquatic Visions). You can usually get large packages of 50 sheets for 5 or 6 dollars. I recommend getting the smaller packages as I find the nori doesn't stay crisp for very long once the package has been opened, and my fish seem to prefer it when it is less rubbery.

agree with bob - definitely check out a local asian market... there's 3 here in central nj - one on route 22 (across/diagonal) from OG II, one in Piscataway (in the Lowes/Walmart complex) and one on Route 1 (south of Menlo Park).

Ryan,

Met you yesterday....go to the Asian market near Hanover Pet. I got a package of 100 sheets for about $10-$12. How are those corals making out for you?

Ryan,
"Applefarm" in the Powder Mill Plaza (the one that has The Alexis Diner) carries it for $1.89 for 10 sheets. The place on Rt. 22 near OGII has the widest selection and the lowest prices but it's kind of far from here. Also there's an Asian market on Rt 46W in Parsippany after Beverwyck Rd. by the Town houses.

Radiata,
I purposely left the nori package open to make it rubbery. I found that it didn't flake apart and stayed wrapped around the PVC pipe better. I guess some fish are just spoiled.
