Cheap place to get Choco Chips

Anyone know where to get some cheap choco chips Aqua Oceans has the best price on them but he hasnt had them for over a month now and my harlequin are starting to get hungry

Go down to one of the inlets like point pleasant and poke around the rocks at low tide and common starfish are everywhere. its legal to collect them. The small ones you can pop right into the tank, one at a time, not really reef safe but if the shrimps on it that's not a issue. For a full supply, cut the star up into small pieces and freeze each one in a ice cube tray, store frozen in a zip lock and toss in a cube when needed.
Kept a shrimp aver a year this way.
