Clarkii Clown jumped out, and into filter! #$%^@&

Well, I thought the Anemone ate him at first - but geez, he was bigger than him, so. Then I looked on the floor, etc. I'm sure everyone has done this one or twice, right?

Well - even after looking in the filter and NOT seeing him -- 24 hours later, there he was ... with the bioballs. Oh, this was the 12g Aquapod ... might be posting this in the wrong forum ... but figured this is where the 'small Clowns, in small tank' problems are posted ... :-[

Anyway - he's fin is a bit frayed ... and he's got a scuff on his side. Just added 5ml of Melafix ...

Anything else I should be doing to be sure he heals ok? He's hosting in his Anemone friend, he seems fine otherwise ...

Tnx.

he'll be fine. I had a six line survive in a fluval for almost 2 weeks eating whatever in there, skinny as heck and scuffed up from barnacles inside the canister, but he survived.

I wouldnt worry about i had greenbanded goby that fell into the back chambers and i hadnt seen him for about 6 months.I assumed he died but I finally found him when i was breaking down the tank.

SIX MONTHS! OMG!

But thanks ... just worried! Looks like he's healing, a bit of a covering is developing over his scuff. Doesn't look like fungus, but keeping an eye on it.

Whew ...

My clown does it all the time . At first i would worry and get him out asap. Now I leave him in there for a while hoping he will smarten up . Its been three days now, I even fed him in there . I'll take him out tomorrow .Maybe ! ;D

Oh that's mean!

My little guy is healing up pretty well. I'm getting him a 24g Aquapod soon ... figured he needed more elbow room!

Happy Sunday!
