Cleaner Clams

I was looking into adding to my cuc and saw cleaners, then when searching I noticed that little neck clams are in this group. Wondering if Little neck clams would work in a reef tank- or would one need to get tropical cleaner clams

I always loved having a thorny oyster as part of my cleanup crew.
Haven't seen them for sale for quite sometime though.

When I had a copperband, I used to feed him little necks. I could keep little necks I raked alive in the tank for a while. Not sure long term though.
