Coorect Size Pump?????

I am putting my sump in my basement and am going to have 10-11 foot of head pressure. I need about 400 gph. I am going to have a couple of elbows involved with the plumbing. What pump would anyone recommend for this set up. I am open to either submersible or external.

I have the same thing, sump in basement going up 14 feet to display.

I use a Gen-X PCX-40 (MAK4), it is very inexpensive and uses little power. It is not the quiestest pump, but you don't here is when its in the basement.
