Coralife Super Skimmer 125

Does anyone have this skimmer? I just upgraded from the 65 gallon model last week and it is not skimming. I know there is a break in period but according to the instructions it should only be 24-72 hours. The chamber is filled with white bubbles and nothing going up the collection cup. I have the dial set in to skim wet as well. How long was your break in period?

I have this skimmer, it has worked great for 3 years and going. I run with water level about half an inch up into neck. You may have to raise pump if it is sitting on bottom of sump. Mine is about 3and half inches from bottom of sump. Good luck.

Mine is about 2-3 inches below the water line of the sump. I am really lost as to why this thing is not skimming.

I had this skimmer previously and the break-in period was more like 2 weeks.

I'm using one for 3 years now.

Where is the water level coming up to?

The water level was just below the funnel in the cup. The skimmer actually started skimming 2 days ago. It isnt pulling out much but I also have a small bioload for the time being.
