Current USA protein skimmers

Anyone ever had any expereince with this product line? It's difficult to find a review. I saw an advert of someone selling it for $100, and was wondering if it was worth a shot.

Just FYI Current discontinued them and doesn't make skimmers anymore.

i have an ASM mini without a pump (pump i have needs new impeller) which is an in sump skimmer.
