Don't Steal a fishtank

else you may end up like these two not-so-bright folks.

"At 1137 hours Niles Dispatch received a call from Petsmart on Youngstown Warren Rd that two white males had just shoplifted a large fish aquarium and both fled on a motorcycle with the passenger carrying the aquarium on the back. A responding officer saw a motorcycle with an aquarium carrying passenger pass him on Rt.46 and turned around to give chase. The passenger and his ill-gotten fish tank jumped off the bike on West St. breaking the aquarium. That passenger Mitchell Adkins (age 52 of Victor St. Niles) was taken into custody by the officer. Another responding officer then gave chase to the now single rider/non aquarium motorcycle but lost track of it. A few minutes later the cycle was found laid down behind Chef Peng on N. Main St. Officers began to search the area when they discovered a nervous looking male behind a home on Franklin St. Besides looking nervous, the male began to furiously prune a small tree with his bare hands telling officers he was there to do yard work. He was kind enough to tell them the suspects ran east on Franklin. Not buying the story, the chasing officer was called to the scene and identified the amateur landscaper as the operator of the cycle he just chased. Taken into custody was Christopher M. Binion (age 46 W. First. St. Niles). Both are charged with theft offenses and Binion with multiple traffic charges including failure to comply (fleeing and eluding)"

mmm... pic does not match up with the story at any point, these guys are at an overgrown storage facility, and they look far from panicked while stopped for pic.
Fun story though. :)
