On the look for cheap quality dosers, what are my options?

If you have a controller then I highly suggest the BRS 1.1ml dosers. Not gonna find cheaper then that. And if your willing to put in a little waiting time they often discount them.

I've been using the FS NT-01 from fishstreet for the last few months. Easy to program and does what it supposed to. Can't be beat for $140 shipped.

I don't have a controller... that's still on the list of need to buys.

Check out the marine magic or marine color can't remember the exact name. They get pretty good reviews. 3 dosing heads and full controls.

OR

Get the BRS ones and set them up with digital timers that BRS sells. You can control them the same way by calculating how long you want them to run.

Buy a controller first, then ato and doser pumps. Kills 2 birds with one stone and you also have temp and ph probes and such along with timers for just about anything you can think of.

I too am a BRS 1.1 ml doser user. They normally sell for $79 a piece, but had a sale this past year for $50 each. If you can't wait, see if you can jump into a "Group Buy" from any of a number of fish forum sites.
