Dual wave maker 3200

I do. It's a monster! Did some research on them before I bought one. They are supposedly manufactured by the same company that manufactured the hydor koralia.

I will say this though. I didn't use the suction cup mount. I pulled a magnetic mount from one of the koralias I pulled from my 90 when I put this in and used that instead. Fits perfectly. I didn't want to trust something this big to suction cups.

Been running it about a month now, throws ALOT of flow, and just as quiet as the koralia.

FYI:

This is the one with the magnet mount. Didn't have this available when I bought mine, or I would have sprung for the extra $8 bucks!

Thanks for the info. Was considering one for my 75g reef. Placing it on the overflow side all pointing to the right. Do think it would to much flow or not enough?

I'm running one on my 90. Depends on what you are keeping in there really. I have mine set up on the left side pointing towards the right, and so far I've been happy with the flow.

They had these at MACNA. Like mfisher2112, they are a monster. Don't know why they would use suction cups for this size of a pump. Mark, if i were you, I would try to find it at a lfs to see if you are comfortable with the size of this pump in your tank.

Thanks Rod. Didn't even know a local store had gotten them in. Well, technically, nothing is local to me! LOL!

Been running mine for about, well, I guess its almost 2 months now technically. No issues so far. And I did replace the suction cups with a magnet, but they do have a magnet mount version as well.

Let me know if you find out anything specific that caused him to stop carrying them though!
