Just wanted to share with you my experience with Ecotech Marine...
I had this bad "rattling" noise coming form the dry assembly of my MP-10 pump so I went to the website, downloaded the form and sent in the pump to get it fixed. No authorization required, just ship it to them.
This was Monday afternoon of this week.
On the next day, Tuesday, I receive an email from them saying that they got the pump, fixed it, shipped it back...and by the way here is a tracking number for ya!
Today is Wednesday and the pump is at home waiting for me to plug it back into the tank...now that is service!!!
Kudos to Echotech Marine, they support what they sell!
