Entire Red Sea Reefer 170 Setup - Toms River

Looking to sell this setup all together if possible. I've been working from home for the past year or so, and the blue light is just killing my eyes. I also live in a small condo, and it's just getting smaller by the day. I honestly don't get any enjoyment out of maintaining a fishtank anymore unfortunately. Working from home with a 2 year old just takes up all of my time and energy!
FYI There's some aiptasia in the tank. We also started having issues with an emerald crab eating the coral.
