Filling/Testing CO2 tank, where to go Union Cty?

Hey everyone.

My 10 lb tank is out and I need to fill it and test it, and now my 5 lb is out (no test needed). I have had my tank filled at SOS Gas in Kearny when I visit the parents, and I know that I can have it tested in Randolph, but I am wondering if there is some place closer.

I see that Newsalt went to a place in Greenbrook to fill, but $40 is bit high for a 5lb tank.

So I have a 10lb to test and fill and a 5 lb to fill. Ideas where to test and fill closer.
