Well i think this counts as being a pretty good question for this section (seeing as it has NOTHING to do with tanks). I'm wondering if a permit would be needed for me to film part of a movie in a local park? I realize i could easily get away with doing it with out one, just wondering if "technically" speaking i do?

Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

I think it depends on the town/township.
I have a buddy of mine that is a film maker, and he had to get a permit for one park, but not the other one in the next town over.
I'd check with the city hall/town hall just to be sure. Fines can be stiff if you get caught and they need to make up some revenue that month! ;D
