Foam in tank after adding live sand

Hi

My tank is about 3/4 full with live rock and saltwater. I have it circulating with 2 Koralia 6 powerheads. I added live sand last night and then turned the PH on again.
This morning I see foam (soap like or more thick). Is this normal? Should I remove it from the tank?

I will fill it all the way up this morning and run water through my sump. The skimmer will come on Tuesday. Can I cycle the tank for two day without skimmer?

Thanks for looking.

Agreed.

You will also see your tank go through various stages of bacteria bloom (maybe less with the fact that your rock is all live). It is all part of the initial cycle.
