Just to clarify somewhere other than buried in a 6 page thread, this forum will remain open for the forseeable future.

In the mean time please be aware that our policy regarding Deals & Steals policies will be clarified to ensure that those utilizing this forum are active community participants. People who's activity is limited to our Deals and Steals forum will be trade restricted.
