We just picked up a beautiful gogonian from trop (The sale was still going on). We have it in the middle of the tank under a 250w MH and have two koralia 2s on either side of it to provide flow. So far so good as the polyps have full extension. We noticed though that the tip have no polyps and are not the bright blue color as the rest of the coral. Should we trim the tips, or is that how it normally looks? We will post picks later.
