how big of a sump will i need for a 210gal

ok i read the site but he doesn't give a required size
am going to use my 55 gallon tank as a sump and baffles and go from there
going to have a ton of space since my skimmer is going to sit outside of the tank
so what esle could i put in the tank ?
heater
phos ban reactor
filter socks
ato
anything esle i should get

Could also look at adding a calcium and kalk reator as well, or at least leaving room for them in case you want to add them later.
