How do I post pictures in Pm’s

For some reason I cannot post pictures in pm’s. or responses on threads. I hit the little picture frame and it asks me for a link. If I post a thread and do the same it allows me to choose photos from my phone. Amy ideas?

From what I can see, you aren't a paid member, that's probably why
