Have you tried asking nicely. Or perhaps. Telling one of them to go to there room. If it continues to really be a problem. Take away its cell phone and Xbox. Works every time.

I did whack one with a stick but they still would not leave each other along.
You might be able to just pull it off. They usually just cling to rock.
If not, you could just leave it, and frag as it grows. Speaking of which, I have some green cabbage for you @MadReefer

Closer inspections it doesn't seem attached to the nepthea. I may just go in and cut the cabbage off the rock. Hard to see but I have a Miami chalice there that the cabbage covers.
I want the chalice to take over the rock and have the nepthea in middle.
