The Aussie was my very first online coral order, and I was sweating bullets the day it was scheduled to arrive because UPS didn't show til nearly 6PM. The Aussie one is from Mr. Coral, and the Orange Crush from a pet shop in Toms River.

Thanks Ralph. I just realized that it literally "glows" under the actinics. ;D Wish I could capture it a bit better, but here it is under actinics.

Thanks Tom. No, I didn't pick it up yesterday. Wendy needed yet another road trip and waited until today. :-[ I called first to make sure they still had it. It took me over 1 hour to get there. Thank you Rt. 9! :-X

When I got it home I put it in Interceptor for numerous hours, dipped it for 6 minutes, rinsed with salt water and then placed it in the tank. Wasn't gonna take any chances, especially considering where it came from.

I had a brain fart last night because I couldn't remember the name of the store. It's called "Animal Kingdom". And yes, it does smell like a wet barn, lol.

Shipwrecked, they're all eating really well for me, too. :))

Bob, it's all in the "convincing" method....the tone of voice...the sweetness. (Actually all the previous may come AFTER a HUGE argument saying you're spending way too much money on your hobby, etc. etc., but then the other one will not only realize how much it means to me, but also how much the other person enjoys looking at pretty corals.) What got Alex into gear was my suggestion that he show me what HE would like, what he thinks is beautiful, what he would "bid" on, what he would "buy". After all that he actually became competitive. ;D
