ICH shows its ugly face in QT

I have fish in my QT tank. One fish a pyramid that had bad popeye, It has been getting better with its eye after I treated maramycin.

Today I come home from work to find the pyramid is covered in ich and its eye are bulging. The other fish is not showing any signs of icy. The pyramid stopped eating. I began treating with Quick cure rather than copper. As I have not had any luck with copper in the QT. Does anyone have experience with Quick Cure?

Popeye is a gram negitive infection,and neither copper or quickcure will help it.
Think along the lines of a person with pink eye same idea here an antibiotic needs to be used to cure it.Go back to Myracin or Myracin 2, I would also add a garlic food supplement directly to the tank every couple days to keep the immune system up.

Well as an update the ich went away, and the eye got better. Hyposalinity definitely helped with ich. Unfotunately, I was out of town for two days and came home to find the fish developed a tumor like bump on the opposite side of its head. It was swimming on its side. It would manage to get up right and be fine. My guess the bump was an abcess. it developed a bacterial infection of its brain. Fish meningitis. I dosed maramycin. Within one hour after dosing the antibiotic The fish was died. I made sure to dose conservatively. I guess it was to far gone to be saved.
Uggh my QT tank has been renamed the death star.
