Inexpensive MH Bulbs

I was on another site and someone posted up this link to inexpensive SE and DE MH bulbs. I am a T5 user and know nothing about the quality of these bulbs, just that they seem awfully inexpensive. If I did use them, I’d probably check this place out simply because of price. Does anyone have experience with these?

I think these are or are similar to what feng runs at redsand. He says he gets them at like 20 a bulb. They seem ok, his stuff looks great and grows good, the bulbs just dont look as bright imo
