does anyone know where i can buy some insulated boxes for shipping corals?

I have a whole collection from buying LR from LFS and corals/fish via mail order. Check your LFS. If not, here is a place online:

You may also want to use a heat pack .

I know alot of folks that cut their own to size as well.

I've shipped a lot of fish, and all I did was used styrofoam from Home Depot. You can just cut it to fit your box and then tape a heat pack inside. Some people use thermos' too.
