Is there too much flow?

I have two Koriala PH (Model 6) in my 150 gallon. Each is rated 2200 GPH. Is that too much flow for the tank?
I am surely having hard time keeping sand in one place but I thought this was normal. Would the fish have issues with too much water movement?

lol those things put alot of flow out. i use the same model in my 220 but you just need to take the time (pita) to poin tthem right so it doesn't blow the bottom away

Personally I like just enough flow for the the tank, but no overkill its up to you as long as your corals arent blowing away and your fish arent fighting for thier lives
