The lights on my daughters 28g jbj nano stopped going on. The chance of both bulbs going out at the same time seems low to me, so I suspect the ballast. Or is this a xmas light type thing, one goes out they all go out?

What type of lighting? In my 24 nano, I was able to use the other bulb when one went out. (36w x 2) Check connections inside the ballast box...Is it plugged in? haha jk
