Hi Karen,
It is possible to change the pump's power supply and dial back the flow of the pump.
12V to 24V Power Supply for Jebao WP-40 Replacement Pump
It may have to be shipped from China. I haven't tried one yet, but I will be getting one soon. Last week I ordered their higher amp power supply to use with the Jebao-to-Apex link.
