Judge this drill job please

I just finished drilling two 1" bulkhead holes on a 75 gallon to make it a penninsula. Overflow fits in fine. The first hole came out ok. Some chipping but nothing I haven't seen before.

The second one though has a bit of a hanging edge. I don't see anything that looks like a crack coming off it anywhere but the look still makes me a bit uneasy. I'm thinking since it's is on the upper part part of the hole, the the weight of the overflow wouldn't be pressing down on it so maybe it's ok. Would I want to sand it down somehow? If so, what would he the best way.

Or did I just ruing a tank...

It's good. You won't ever see it once installed. I have the same overflow box. If you wanna clean it up some sand paper should be enough

Run the drill bit on that edge to clean it up if it bothers you or dremmell it. It’s probably fine but if you are not happy clean it up a bit. Do it slow and you should be ok.
I would probably leave it if the bulkhead goes in easy, job done!

Thanks for the input! I'm thinking I run a bigger risk trying to 'fix' it than just leaving it alone. So I'll let it be.

@diana a you can see I opted for the 1200 model after all for this tank. I'll make a thread on this tank soon
