Hi Bill,

When you see the price advertised this way, you really start to wonder about the price of our fish food. I can get myself a nice steak dinner for less than 18.00 per pound .

Fish can be had for a few dollars a pound.
Scallops for less than 10 dollars a pound.
Clams, mussels, oysters all for less 10 a pound.
Shrimp for 5 dollars a pound.
Squid for 2 dolars pound.
Seaweed for 1 dollar a pound.

I always wonder why more people don't guy the ingredients and make their own food. You could just buy enough to make a months worth off food and freeze small portions.

This of course is more of a personal peeve since I come from a freshwater fish eating culture.
