Keystone Clash 2025

Hello fellow reef keepers!

Vendor application for the 2025 Keystone Clash is now live! Still working to bring in more saltwater representation. Last year there was only one vendor.

You can definitely share a space and split the cost. There’s even free spaces for non-profits so the club can setup a table too.

If you have any questions you can email info@keystoneclash.com

Hope to see you all there!

Registrations for the Aquatic Show will be opening up soon! There is an All Saltwater category as well as a photography category so if you have some nice pictures of corals, inverts or fish you should definitely enter!

The keystone clash is meant to be a ALL SPECIES aquarium show meaning representing freshwater, saltwater, semi-aquatic, ponds etc. The organizers along with myself have been trying to get more saltwater representation at the Clash for the past few years because theirs is supposed to be. Unfortunately it has been a struggle as either there are other events going on or people just focus on the fact there’s a lot of freshwater. We have had a few saltwater vendors including myself but it has not been consistent.
We event tried to organize a Frag swap but needed businesses or clubs/organizations to partner with to host the event.
If we get a few vendors and word goes out it will slowly grow and become the event that represents ALL of the aquarium hobby. There are many freshwater people that keep or maybe want to keep saltwater. And there are plenty of saltwater people that keep freshwater.
Not to mention this is a hobbit it’s/club run event that gets hundreds of people. Even had a saltwater speaker last year and was advertised a lot but unfortunately only a few people showed up to listen.

I understand it might look like it’s just a freshwater event but it’s not supposed to be. Clubs get a free table at the vendors area, if you purchase a table with a one or two others and share you split the cost. Spread the word that there will be saltwater representation at the Clash and people will come and will slowly grow over time. I can only encourage people to come and enjoy and to be one vendors/exhibitors.
