Am I just not looking in the right place? I can’t seem to find a replacement impeller for an older Koralia K1 powerhead. Anyone know where I could find one?

John, thanks for that link….I couldn’t even find that. Unfortunately the shaft and impeller were pitched…and it looks like you don’t get the shaft with a new impeller. Looks like I’m buying a whole new powerhead. Crap!

Do I have to do everything here.

Yes you do! Can you come over and put this in for me?

Here's the crazy thing. Premium Aquatics was the first one I searched...putting in "Koralia K1 impeller," and NOTHING came up!

Again John, thanks. Now, when is our Premium Aquatics Group Buy? Hopefully I can wait.

The only reason I found it is because the k1 and nano are identical. I had the same issue with my koralia 425. I owed you one for the zoas anyway.

I resurrected this post because I must respectfully disagree with the K1 being identical to the nano (425). The nano is flat faced while the K1 has an ovoid face. I actually pulled my Koralia Nano 425 out and here is what the impeller and shaft look like. Note the shaft is about as long as the impeller….the front of the impeller actually rotates on a nub on the front of the cover.

I put both the impeller and shaft into the Koralia K1. The impeller appeared as if that would work in the K1, but the shaft was about ¾ of an inch too short. Note that the shaft diameter was the right size, and that the shaft needs to reach the front face of the cover.

Now I did have a K2 that was no longer working and figured I could just cut that shaft down to fit. However, the K2 shaft is thicker than the K1 shaft.
