Has anyone heard if this is going to pass and ban fish sales?
I haven't been able to find much of anything that's useful.

Hard to believe this amendment (as written) will ever go through. It includes transporting any of your pets....yes, that includes Muffy and Butterball....crossing State lines. That would be illegal. So no vacations out of state with your pets. And if you move out of State, can't bring your pets with you. Hard to believe. That said, we are talking about politicians, and in today's environment, anything is possible.

I rec'd a PM that stated dogs snd cats would be exempt. In looking back at the Act I've found contradicting verbage. Some say dogs and cats are included while others state they're exempt. All other pets would be included....birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, etc. Either way, my kids had hamsters growing up that we use to transport back and forth to North Carolina...this act would make that illegal.

On a side note, a deja vu moment on one of those trips: While driving down to North Carolina I here this, "Daddy, I can't find Kicks. He's not in his cage." The little bugger got out of his cage and we couldn't find the little rat. You want to talk about a panic mode situation.
