Light fixture 1.5 years later

I really cannot complain much since I did get this fixture new for $90, Deep Blue SolarXtreme 48", 4 bulb, T5 unit.
The first problem, right after i got it, was one of the led bulbs went out, smack in the middle. I wrote the manufacturer and they made all the arrangements
to replace the whole unit at a LFS. Ever since then no problems until a month ago. I noticed that when the units starts each morning the fan
is very loud. I tried cleaning the vents and fan with compressed air but didn't help. It takes about 30 minutes before the fan quiets down.
Customer service was very good and helpful especially dealing via email only; never found a phone number.
the fixture obviously has some issues and hopefully Deep Blue will address them with newer models.
I hope the fan easy to access as I am sure it will need to be replaced at some point.
 
Same fixture here, same problem.

Unfortunatly from when I had mine apart to look at the fan, it is not easy to get to. Im assuming they would have to replace the whole unit.

My 48" four blub is two years old. Customer service supplied me now with two new tested ballasts as mine died. They sent one and it was no good. Lots of e-mails. If that were your only light the corals would have died by now. Replacing my second ballast now that the other two lamps are no longer working. They must have had issues. As of now no cost to me, just time. They did say after this go to a dealer for parts, if needed.

Just posted this in case anyone was thinking of getting it. Like I said for $90 cannot complain. I will email the company and tell them what happened.
When the fan and fixture go I will purchase from another company.
