Lighting for refuge

I bought a new amiracle acrylic sump. It is the Model XL mudd filter, it measures 36 x 18 x 16, and is suited for aquariums of 180-300 gallons. I was wondering what lights should i use on it. It requires a 24" fixture but didnt know if i should use t5's or can i use any type of light. i never had a refuge before and I am not sure, any help would be appreciated. thanks Chad

Chad remind me tomorrow when you stop over and I can help you out with the lighting, anything would be fine T5, PC and the home depot clip/flood light, any fixture with a bulb that's 6500K-10,000K will work fine. I just use the bulbs that came with my current USA fixture.
