Curious if I’m taking chances adding a full grown Lightning maroon with another full grown Lightning maroon. I don’t want them to kill each other for dominance.

If this large Maroon is by herself, meaning no mate, she is definitely female and will need a SMALL maroon if you want to pair her up. Sadly, maroons are super aggressive and she may kill him in the process of pairing,
