Has anyone noticed just how good Live Aquaria's Diver's Den has gotten in the past few weeks? Photos are WYSIWYG. The fish are quarantined, conditioned and healthy. They add fish to DD daily - be sure to subscribe to their email updates. The more popular fish seem to go fast, and the one you want might be gone between the time their email goes out and the time you get to their site. I think their prices are reasonable. In some cases there's a price drop when they seem to have a fish too long.
In some cases I can't explain the price - they now have a 4" WYSIWYG Xanthurus Cream Angelfish (Apolemichthys xanthurus) for $99.99. NYAquatic has a stock photo and a 3-5" specimen of one for $879.95. NYA's prices can be high but there's usually a pretty high % off sale just around the corner. I didn't see any health claims on NYA today, but it seems to me that their fish become available for purchase the very same week they arrive there. NYA does have to be given credit for the rare specimens they get in, like this "Mardi Gras Wrasse" (https://nyaquatic.com/products/mardi-gras-wrasse-halichoeres-burekae). It's the first one I've seen in 50 years.
I've only bought 4 fish from DD so far. Given a bad experience with Live Aquaria's regular fish I'll only be buying from their DD in the future. So far, I have no experience with DD Inverts.
