Where in North Jersey are you? And how much rock are you looking for? (Or, more correctly phrased, what size tank are you looking to fill?)
My excess rock came out of the oceans (not some bag of cement) and most of it is 15 to 20 years old. My system is disease free at the moment. Any rock you take will probably have corallines, amphipods, copepods, micro Brittle Stars, Asterinas, and maybe even some Aiptasia.
