Look Down Photo Equiptment

Can someone(s) post a picture of the equiptment they use to take the look down shots .What do you use to break the surface with and put the camera lens in ? Thanks Paul

I know that Twinreef was selling them here at one point. Don't know if he still has some. He was selling them at the swap. Here are pics of the ones he made.

My problem with breaking the surface is fitting the box, the camera (and me) between the halides and the water surface under the hood. I think this probably works better with pendants or lots of room in your hood (or a camera with live view).
