You could cut down a 36” bulb and glue them.I’ve done it many times.
Or just buy a 72" and a 48" then subtract the 48 from the 72.
OR...

Way high, but it is the dimmable, and we all drive the prices....
Think I picked up the non-dimmer version, in 36", for $250 or something a few years back.
The ebay seller I posted is OK, I've bought 2 units off him/her at different times with no problems.
