Looking for couple lbs of dry rock or algae free LR near Pt. Monmonth NJ

I'm setting up a 8g biocube soon and will be needing a few lbs of rock (pulling some from my sump etc but could probably use 3-5lbs more) prefer some interesting looking dry rock (such as Marco rocks) but would consider a nice looking piece or two of actual LR as long as it's algae free (attempting to have at least one tank w/o algae issues of some sort LOL).

Could also use a bit of sand to save me from having to buy another whole new bag if someone has some left over reef sand for sale.

I'm in Port Monmouth 07758 and hope to find someone within about 20mins tops, I can pay cash or I have a couple of the tyree toadstools left, frogspawn, hammer for trade.

I have a couple of LBS of Live rock just sitting in my 90, I really don't need, I trying to finally break it down. It's just the regular, but coraline algae filled, that I know for sure. I also have some sand you cand have, just take it. Are you still looking?
