MP20 Powerhead Position

Hi-

What's the optimal position for an MP20 powerhead on a CAD 22 tank? Browsing thru the forums, it seems like people place their powerheads on the same side as the return? In the case of the CAD 22, the return is on the right side. Should I put the MP20 on the left side or the right side?

I'd put it opposite the return and on a wave mode not constant speed. This way it will interrupt your existing current. You get some more flow patterns this way. If you put it on same side as your return your gonna have all your flow the same way. The flow more the merrier!

Thanks. I thought so, too. Although, I seem to have read somewhere that opposing flows aren't good either.
