I just dose 40ml of aqua forest components 123 everyday and water change 1 once a month and leave it along that’s all

That’s great. Do you tweak ph. Struggle with alkalinity. Calcium??
Do you run a skimmer
Or literally just monthly water changes

Just aqua forest with monthly water changes and keeping my skimmer and sock filters clean is all I do everything keeps stable

How old is the tank? How many gallons?

It’s a 100 gallons and it’s my upgraded tank from my old 75 gallon so around a total of 6yrs
