Naso Tang w/problems

I have a Naso Tang that I've had for 2 months. The fish has been fine all along and was surprisingly accepted by the other tangs alreading in the tank. It's always ate well and look good. Yesterday when I get home from work I find it stuck to one of my MJ Mods. I immediately turned it off and the fish was released. It seemed stunned, but did fine afterwards and even ate. Honestly, I didn't expect it to make it through the night. It did. I called home this morning to ask my wife how it was doing. She told me fine and that it was swimming around. When I got home for lunch however, I found it stuck again to a different MJ Mod. There is obviously something wrong with this tang for it to get caught on the powerhead like that. My gut tells me the fish is on it's way out. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Just got a call from my wife. The tang is now up against the overflow teeth. Doesn't look good. I think its met its maker.

i had a yellow tang that got caught against our power head didnt last but about 2 days seemed fine after we turned off the head i guess the stress got to him
