Need ID on this coral and ....

I am not sure what it is. I have had it for a few months now.

I have started to see these little growth(s) all around the perimeter and some in the center. Is this coral dying or are these normal growths??

That was my 2nd guess, but the edges look very bristly, or toothy

Wild guess would be a dying lobophyllia, but impossible to tell, with the pic being so saturated with blue. Try taking a flash pic.
