need some pest treatment advice

i am still a lil ways away from setting up my new 125. i am going to use my 40 breeder as a fuge. so will have to drain it and setup some temporary containers for the fish, corals, and inverts. right now, ive been battling a pain in the arse aiptasia problem!!! i DONT wanna go through this with the new tank!! all the rock from the forty, will be takn out of water and set outside to die and bleach! i know i will loose a lot of life that is already established there, but just gotta do it. what i need to know, is there a sure fire method to rid any corals(rubble or plugs theyre attached to) of the aiptasias???

i been treating them with joes juice, and there really doesnt seem to be any on the rubble or plugs. but i wanna be totally sure!!! is there a method of dipping or sumthing i could do?? advice woud be awesome from u gys/gals on this one!!!

hig dose of calcium make like a paste and put uit on them

Steves. actually scratch that I think you should just put the rock in my tank i deal with the aptasia 8) ::) ::) LOL
