New tank

Ok so I’m considering an IM ext 170, slightly used at 1 yr old. Consideratons to think of with a tank this size? Does anyone know a company that moves tanks in the tri-state area? Going to be going from a basement down to a basement, not sure I want to take this on with 500lb plus tank, presume I need 3/4 guys? Tank still in use so fee great about seals, etc. he said he needs space so just downsizing. Only flag for me was that he noted he had aptasia problems and wanted to be forthcoming that could be in pipes, etc. I would be starting new tank from scratch so maybe can do something preemptively to try to kill anything or will it all die once tank is dry for moving? Sorry a bunch of ?’s here but I’m excited for the chance to get a larger display tank started.

Where are you located? I know there are 2 in central / south NJ and some in NY. I never used any so can't really help there.

The aptasia I would get new pipes or soak them in a vinegar bath. Then use a long round brush to clean it out.

Bleach takes care of aiptasia. If you want to set it up right away, Berghia. Once they breed, they will eat all of it including inside the pipes.
