Next Softie??

With my LPS due to move soon to a new home, there will be some room in my 55gallon softie tank.

I currently have GSP, Xenia, Anthellia, Kenya Tree, Green Palys, Colt Coral and a long polyp toadstool in there.

I'm thinking of a yellow tonga leather or some sort of sinularia for the next additions.

Any suggestions? Anyone frag leathers out there??

The club has a very nice pink leather that is fraggable. I usually bring a piece to the meetings for raffle.

Figi Yellow Leather!!!

I really love mine! I does like high light though.. I have mine about 10-12" from the surface directly under one of my halides.

I know Nagel has a real cool looking green sinularia I gave him. Maybe you could persuade a clipping from that.

I have a few types of frags.. That green sinu is almost fragged (been attaching other frags so far, but I will be fragging around 5 off that baby soon)..

I have creme sinu, pink lemnalia (aggressive!), greenish/bluish finger, yellow sinu all mounted so far..

Since my tank is only 55 gallons, I guess I'll stay away from the aggressive stuff!

I'm interested in your other frags Erik. LMK the details of giving them a new home!

When I say aggressive, I mean on contact. Its a fast grower, great for fragging, and easily fragged. Don't be so shy about aggressive things, most LPS can be pretty aggressive, more-so then the lemnalia...

go try and find a neospongode. you will not be dissapointed. the only place I have seen therm for sale is either from Garf or the Doctrors. Hopefully mine will drop a branch so I can get a few frags from it. Nagel how big are the lemanalia frags? I would love to try and get a frag if possible?? ;D

Well my LPS are all moved out and the 55 is an official "softie tank"!

I'm looking for 2 or 3 new softies, one has to be a yellow figi leather.

Please keep me in mind whe you're ready to frag.

Blange. I have some softies for you if you want to stop by sometime. I have a neon green Sinularia, mint blue Sinu. neon green toad, and i'll cut you about 4inches off my yellow figi. I also might have a few others you might be interested in. In Keansburg, 10 minutes on PKY. Mike

Bill, it was nice meeting you. I'm comming to the conclusion that my corals don't like the 10k. (maybe?) My 20's came on an hour ago, and everythings open and looking good, even the SPS's. Well I'm done making decisions about my next softies thanks to Mike. ;D

Now I'm contemplating letting a few move in with my LPS to make some room in the 55 for growth!

I'm considering moving some anthelia and kenya trees out soon. I'll post here if I decide move some along!
