He's a great guy who certainly has helped me a ton.

He gives all customers free water right out of his 300 gallon reef tank. He is always willing to cut a deal. If you're ordering lights he gives you the book price. He does this all with the trust that you'll return to buy his frags, corals, fish, etc, which I do.
