No overflow box... What should I do??

Once again guys and gals, I need your help... I have a 125g tank without a built in overflow box. Without drilling the bottom of the tank, what other ways are there to plumb it into a sump under the tank? I would rather not use a hob filter.

We'll have to look for it but somewhere on this board there is a thread explaining how to do an external overflow. It's not that difficult if your handy with acrylic fabrication and or siliconing glass panels.

try googling the "calfo overflow" - I think that technique is ideal if I were to custom diy build an overflow.

Go with the Calfo Style!!!
As Phil stated do your research!!!
But it is simple and it be done internally and externally!!
I just did it to my 29 gallon tank and it works great!!!!
And last weekend just broke down and drilled my 75 to do the same type of overflow!!!!

That calfo looks like a really good idea! I was thinking about just going with a syphon type overflow box... but I am going to do some more reading up on the calfo style and go from there. Once again, you guy have come through for me Thanks!
